Kyle as a Rugby League player brings a unique blend of teamwork, resilience and discipline to his role. Kyles' commitment to both his professional and athletic pursuits reinforces his ability to inspire and connect with those he supports.

Bailee Sulley (Cairns)
Meet Bailee! Being a dedicated support worker with a compassionate and reliable nature, her adaptability and patience make her well suited to providing the top quality care. With a strong work ethic and genuine desire to help others, Bailee is comitted to making a positive impact in her role. Outside of work she enjoys playing netball, spending time with family and friends, and playing with her dog.

Meet Bailey! Having a strong passion towards the field of disability, Bailey has developed a deeper understanding of how to create inclusive environments and make positive impacts in the lives of those with diverse needs. As a Rugby League player Bailey demonstrates commitment to teamwork, physical fitness and encouragement with an overall goal of empowering individuals to help them reach their full potential.

Rae Wakeham (Central Coast)
Meet Rae! Rae is a strong willed mother of 2 who has a genuine passion to help others and assisting individuals to live their lives to their full potential. With 24 years of experience in the support sector, she has acquired knowledge and understanding of how to cater to and understand her participants. She is empathetic, patient and easy to get along with. Outside of work Rae enjoys playing touch football, spending time with family and friends.

Joseph Ransfield (RN) (Cairns)
Meet Joseph! Joseph is originally from New Zealand and is a registered nurse with 24 years experience in the field. Joseph is passionate about helping those in need, along with his passion comes a sense of humour to make a positive impact on the participants life all while embracing a holistic approach to nursing. Joseph is a family man who loves to fish, cook and spend time with his family, he has a wife, 5 daughters and 2 sons, he also loves Rugby League and cheers for the Bulldogs and the NSW Blues. Joseph has a MATAORA on his face (Cultural tattoo) which depicts his journey of life with his culture, family and tribe.

Cody Nielson (Cairns)
Meet Cody! A dedicated support worker with a warm and reliable nature, he combines flexibility, patience and compassion to provide exceptional care. Outside of work Cody plays Rugby League and enjoys exploring outdoor activities to match his energetic personality where his discipline, determination and teamwork comes into play when supporting those with diverse needs. These qualities that he displays enables him to inspire and connect with participants at every opportunity.

Gregory Kawiri (Cairns)
Meet Gregory! With over 15 years of experience working with adults and children with diverse needs, Gregory is extremely passionate about the support sector. Working with a wide range of physical and intellectual disabilities interstate and in the local area he has developed a tailored way of supporting those in need. Effective communication and multitasking skills, motivated and punctual are all skills that he possesses along with his friendly nature. Gregory loves spending time with his family and in the outdoors fishing, hunting, going to the gym, beach and long walks or hiking.

Joshua James (Brisbane)
Meet Joshua! A dedicated and passionate support worker for the last 2 years, Joshua has support young people with a range of disabilities and needs. His personality and versatility along with the sense of warmth and calmness that he brings while supporting, allows the participants and their families to thrive.Outside of work, Joshua has a love for a number of sports and is always down for an adventure. His skill set allows him to connect deeper with a wide range of individuals making him an asset to our team.
